A Passion for Cooking

Our next Asian meal was Pepper Steak with Fried Rice--very good!

  3. We like Chinese food, too. My son and I made some for lunch yesterday. Here is how we seasoned our vegetables: Toasted sesame oil, soy s., maple syrup, and a squeeze of lemon, combined with minced garlic pre-cooked in a little olive oil. (The maple syrup is the secret American ingredient and not really Chinese).
